We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Director, Manager, or Coordinator to support the execution of our firm’s marketing initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION This marketing position plays a key role in executing the firm’s marketing efforts across content, communications, events, and campaigns. This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and consistency, translating leadership direction into polished, compliant, and on-brand marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently within a regulated environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Execution and Content

Manage execution of all recurring marketing tasks

Create graphics, flyers, social media posts, and presentation materials

Draft and schedule social media content

Create first drafts of emails, newsletters, and invitations for compliance approval

Manage drip campaign content creation and email workflows

Prepare marketing materials for client communication and lead generation

Work with the team to draft a monthly blog for the firm’s website

Events and Coordination

Managing event promotion assets such as invitations, graphics, social posts, email announcements

Coordinate photographers, videographers, and outside partners if needed

Prepare recap posts, highlight materials, and follow-up communications after events

Planning, Tracking, and Consistency

Track deadlines and maintain the marketing calendar

Maintain consistency across campaigns, platforms, and timelines

Tag clients appropriately and manage audience segmentation within marketing systems

Support annual applications for key firm recognitions

Brand Stewardship

Protect the professionalism, clarity, and consistency of the brand

Follow established brand guidelines and compliance requirements

Work closely with leadership to reflect firm values and messaging accurately

KEY COMPETENCIES Creative and Technical

Strong design sensibility and ability to create clean, on-brand materials

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content scheduling

Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization

Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or content coordination

Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with email platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools

Experience coordinating events and working with vendors is a plus

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
