Smalls Sliders is one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the country, and we’re just getting started. As we accelerate toward national scale, we are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Brand Marketing Specialist to serve as a central connector across marketing initiatives. This Atlanta, GA-based role is the operational backbone of the Brand Marketing team, supporting local marketing, new Can openings, digital marketing, agency partnerships, and day-to-day project management. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, this person will help move initiatives from concept to launch while ensuring brand consistency, timeline integrity, and franchisee alignment. Key Responsibilities

Integrated & Digital Marketing Support

Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns including paid media, social media, PR, email, app, push, and loyalty initiatives Assist in developing clear creative briefs and campaign timelines Coordinate with agency partners to manage asset production and deployment Lead QA and brand review across digital campaigns to ensure accuracy and alignment Track campaign timelines, approvals, and performance reporting Local Marketing & Franchise Support

Serve as primary brand marketing support for Local Can Marketing (LCM) initiatives across the system Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Franchisees, and Digital teams to translate local goals into clear marketing plans Support the simplification, adoption, and execution of the Smalls LCM playbook Assist in developing briefs, toolkits, and turnkey assets that drive franchisee participation and consistency Provide guidance on brand standards while empowering hyper-local activation New Store Openings & Market Entry Support

Lead marketing coordination for new Can openings, ensuring readiness across creative, digital, media, local marketing, and PR efforts Support the evolution of the opening process to maximize community excitement and press impact Coordinate timelines, asset development, vendor execution, and cross-functional communication Ensure all pre-opening marketing elements are delivered on time and aligned to brand standards Track and report performance of openings to inform future optimization Project Management & Brand Marketing Operations

Own marketing calendar updates and cross-functional coordination Track deliverables across LTOs, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and system initiatives Manage project timelines, feedback consolidation, and approvals Maintain organization of brand decks, templates, and shared resources Support integrated campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels Support executive presentations and marketing updates as needed Required Qualifications

2–4 years of marketing, brand, or project management experience Experience working with agencies and managing creative feedback Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Restaurant, QSR, retail, or marketing agency experience Skills and Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization and timeline management skills Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a high-growth environment Detail-oriented with the ability to see both execution and big-picture impact Self-starter who can clarify ambiguity and drive solutions Must be comfortable working in an ever-evolving, high growth, collaborative, fast-paced environment Hybrid: Work is performed both remotely and on-site at our Support Center, with a regular in-office schedule (e.g., three days per week).
