Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not always required)
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related administrative role (but fresh graduates may be considered)
Proficiency in
SAP
for sales order management, purchase requests, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
for documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with
sales order processing systems and CRM tools
is a plus.
Ability to
coordinate with multiple departments
(sales, finance, logistics, procurement).
Strong
attention to detail
to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
to manage multiple transactions efficiently.
Proactive
problem-solving ability
to resolve order discrepancies or processing issues.
Ability to
work under pressure and meet deadlines
in a fast‑paced sales environment.
A
team player
with a positive attitude and adaptability to changes in sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders accurately, ensuring timely order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
Oversee the SRA (Sales Return Authorization) process, including documentation, validation, and coordination with internal teams for approval and execution.
Handle purchase requests mainly for Security Solutions and other internal request of the company.
Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure smooth transaction processing, and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contract preparation, proforma invoice, and customer communication.
