Job Description
Sales Executive is the key point of contact between the company and clients. Main target is to meet sales goals set by the management. Foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsible for continuous increase of business volume and profitability.
Tasks include but not limited to:
Submission of Marketing Plan and Sales Report every week for proper monitoring and consistency.
Quotation Preparation (QAR)
Engagement on Bidding of Government Projects
Receiving of Notice of Award from gov't clients, Notice to Proceed and Purchase order.
Coordination with Sales Admin for Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) preparation.
Coordinate with Collection officer for the downpayment (if applicable).
Ensuring of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the company and client
Increase sales for products and services.
Utilize active listening skills to accurately assess customer needs
Assist other sales and technical personnel as needed to build the overall knowledge base, skill levels and abilities of team members
Develop strategy for potential presentation and demonstration of products and services
Exhibit superior technical and clinical knowledge and presentation skills when presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of DND products
Professionally handle all objections and questions from the customer
Communicate customer reactions, opinions, concerns and needs to the President during or immediately following the demonstration and/or training process
Submit post-demonstration or post-training evaluation, communicating feedback, system performance, sales and application issues to the President
Participate in exhibits and conventions as a clinical and technical expert in local and national events as needed
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the President
