Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (Farmer) to take over and maintain an established book of business within the multi‑family sector. The primary responsibility is relationship management, retention, project measurement, and account growth—not new account acquisition. The ideal candidate is comfortable “in the field,” understands construction workflows, can measure and scope projects accurately (CAD or similar systems preferred), and thrives on keeping customers happy while protecting and growing margin.

Responsibilities & Duties

Take ownership of an established book of business

Maintain existing accounts with no revenue loss (50% of quarterly bonus tied to retention)

Cultivate long‑term relationships with property managers and decision‑makers

Proactively protect accounts from competitive intrusion

Measure projects using CAD or similar systems (strongly preferred)

Scope flooring and renovation jobs accurately

Support teammates by measuring projects when needed

Maintain detailed documentation within company systems

Identify opportunities within existing properties

Expand services within current accounts

Operate as a team player within the market

Support teammates on shared accounts or measurement needs

Contribute to overall market stability and performance

Operate within new systems (including RFMS rollout)

Self‑train via video tools and in‑person sessions

Maintain accurate data in CRM and project systems

Qualifications

5–10+ years of Account Management experience (construction, flooring, or related industries preferred)

Multi‑family experience preferred but not required

Experience measuring and scoping jobs (CAD or similar tools highly desirable)

Strong communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Comfortable working in the field and interacting directly with property managers

Self‑motivated and able to navigate new systems
