Responsibilities
Retain and expand the revenue of BILL’s largest accounts.
Maintain exceptional relationships with BILL’s key mid-market and strategic accounts.
Manage, onboard, and train your book of businesses to get up and running quickly and efficiently. Manage their continual onboarding and training processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Work with finance/accounting executives to find applications of BILL’s platform for their business use case and accounting processes. Overcome current and potential roadblocks on product usability.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of BILL’s products and services.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices.
Use effective time management to maximize results.
Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight, manage a pipeline, and perform other tasks to drive sales revenue.

2+ years in a quota carrying position
Ability to listen, earn trust and consult with clients
High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)

San Jose Pay Range $150,300—$180,400 USD

Draper UT Pay Range $127,800—$153,300 USD
