Regional Sales Manager - San Diego & Orange County We're currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join a growing medical/technology company who has been in business for over 40 years! In this role you will be managing San Diego & Orange County. What we're looking for
Experience in B2B sales (3+ Years) Experience managing territories Experience in Telecom, Med Tech or Manufacturing sales is a plus. Degree in Business or a related field (preferred) Long Sales Cycle Experience in selling larger ticket capital equipment and/or software solutions and ongoing service/support contracts. Recurring Revenue per Sale Life Sciences Background - (selling into GMP facilities, Pharma sales, medical equipment sales etc.) Compliance Knowledge (not a requirement, but a huge plus) Ability to travel within territory (San Diego & Orange County) Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $85K plus commission (OTE first year will be around 130K+) Car Allowance Great medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO, a 401(k) plan, and holiday pay Clients you would inherit
