About The Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused sales professional to join our Inside Sales Team. This is a relationship‑driven role where you'll serve as the primary front‑line contact for established customers who rely on fast, knowledgeable, and dependable service. You'll manage all aspects of quoting, ordering, and tracking while finding creative solutions to whatever comes your way. No two days are alike – and we guarantee you will learn something new every single day.

What You'll Be Doing You’ll manage high‑volume customer transactions and long‑term account relationships, prepare and process quotes and purchase orders, track orders and communicate proactively with customers, and collaborate cross‑departmentally to ensure seamless service delivery. Over time, you’ll grow into a trusted product expert and key resource for the customers you serve.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of B2B inside sales experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook – with the ability to learn new platforms quickly

Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments

Natural ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high‑volume transactions

Aptitude for building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships

Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial distribution is a plus – but not required

High school diploma required; additional education or equivalent experience preferred

Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US required

Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
