What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting using CRM systems
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skillsStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and customers
