What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
Stay informed about industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with CRM technology such as SalesForce
Proficiency with MS Office and telecommuting software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues effectively
