
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Trainer to work across the UK ( Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds) for our client, BSH Group (Bosch & Siemens) Floorcare & Small Appliances.

As a Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to accelerate the sales of BSH floorcare & small appliances across the UK retail landscape. You will achieve this by training the sales team of key retail and selected independent partners, delivering in‑store B2C product demonstrations, and creating events to raise the profile of BSH throughout the UK.
Our primary focus is showcasing and selling Bosch’s floorcare products, with a secondary focus on Siemens coffee machines and other small appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver product training in key retail outlets: Currys, John Lewis and independent retailers
Provide real‑time coaching on sales techniques, customer engagement
Ensure maximum sell‑out via a combination of training, merchandising and a structured promotional plan
Create and deliver a cyclical in‑person training schedule that prioritise key partners to maximise sell‑out
Deliver in‑store B2C product demonstrations
Create and deliver events to raise the profile of BSH throughout the UK. These will include but not be limited to in‑store masterclasses and events, training roadshows and supplier conferences.
Achieve KPIs and exceed the total number of people trained (Target TBD)
Improvement in sales performance metrics following training interventions
Improve sales across the region
Achieve Stellar values: Own It, Stay Curious, Be Can Do and Work Smart
Person Specification:
Previous experience in training and selling within retail and/or the consumer electronics/appliances product sector
Ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable training insights.
Ability to talk and present confidently to individuals and groups
Highly organised, with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple store visits and provide updates via structured feedback
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on sales performance
Full UK driving licence and your own car
What do we offer:
£35k salary per annum + bonus, subject to KPIs
37.5 hours per week, fully flexible between Mon‑Sun
2 days per week in home store options include: John Lewis Liverpool, Trafford and Leeds and 3 days training Currys & John Lewis staff within defined region
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Full time, permanent position (3 months probation)
