Sales advisor part time role is now open for the Bosch/Siemens brand in John Lewis, Victoria Centre, Nottingham!

- £14.80 per hour plus uncapped commission

- to work 2 days per week, Saturday and Sunday

- 12 hrs contract

- permanent role

Overall purpose of the role: As a BSH (Bosch & Siemens) Sales Advisor for Floorcare & Small Appliances, you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client, BSH Group. Your primary responsibility is to be the go-to person for customers visiting John Lewis & Partners looking for vacuums & floorcare items, serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales.

Our primary focus is showcasing and selling Bosch’s floorcare products, with a secondary focus on Siemens coffee machines and other small appliances. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store in which you are based.

Key Accountabilities:

Drive revenue through exceptional client service in line with company standards

Proactively drive sales through building long standing customer relationships and build a personal shopping approach to our customers’ needs

Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and alongside the store in which you are based

Follow Stellar & BSH policies and exceptional standards

Keep the Bosch floorcare stand and wider product range to a presentable, show-ready standard. This will include maintaining appliances, preparing the space and ensuring machines are demo-ready

Update relevant stakeholders in a timely manner via Slack and email

You have (knowledge/experience required):

A proven sales track record

A passion for working smart and maintaining a clean environment for life

A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work

Self motivation

Able to work independently

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and textually

What we offer:

Hourly rate - £14.80

Uncapped commission

Contract 2 days - Sat/Sun, 12 working hours

Shifts: Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm

Contract length - Permanent

Probation period - 3 months
