This role is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with both new and existing customers to drive account growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a demonstrated track record of success in sales. **

Essential Duties and Responsibilities **
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, written correspondence, and other methods to ensure a high level of customer service and strong client relationships
Prepare clear, accurate written documentation related to quotes, sales orders, and other required records
Maintain and interpret all quote documentation, ensuring accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for prospective customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify current needs and anticipate future opportunities
Generate new business through cold calling, follow up on sales leads, and successfully close sales
Submit timely call reports and prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

Qualifications **
Previous sales or customer service experience is required
Experience in the metals industry or aluminum sales is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks; detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong mathematical aptitude
