What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions in the healthcare market

Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to clients

Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts

Execute effective territory and account planning, including pre- and post-call preparations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

Experience in Business to Business sales is beneficial

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with CRM systems recommended

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in wound care or surgical markets

Strong competitive drive and tenacity in achieving sales goals

Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours as needed
