Job Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions in the healthcare market
Communicate and utilize clinical and product knowledge effectively with clients
Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts
Execute effective territory and account planning, ensuring timely completion of administrative duties
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Experience in business-to-business sales is beneficial
Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours, including weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong competitive drive and strategic thinking skills
Experience with advanced practice clinicians and product decision influence
