What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect and maintain independent business accounts within the assigned territory

Provide service and support to all Essity buying facilities

Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard new facilities

Build and manage relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities

Conduct approximately eighteen (18) sales calls per week and attend local trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of experience in an account management role

Minimum three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare

Proven track record in leading the sales process, including prospecting and closure

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills

Willingness to travel 70% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the Long-Term Care sector

Familiarity with CRM systems and expense management tools

Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
