We are looking for a high-impact SDR Manager to lead our outbound engine and scale our dealer network across the country.

About the Role As the SDR Manager, you will be the architect of our top-of-funnel growth. You aren’t just managing a calendar; you are leading a team of hungry cold callers, refining our lead generation systems, and perfecting the "art of the demo." We need a leader who has "been in the trenches" of automotive sales, understands the dealership mindset, and knows how to translate a cold call into a high-value partnership.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to hit aggressive daily and weekly targets (50+ outbound touches per rep/day).

Strategy & Lead Gen:

Build and refine lead lists using data-driven insights to ensure the team is calling the right decision-makers.

Presentation Excellence:

Develop and standardize demo presentations that clearly communicate DealerCMO’s value proposition.

Performance Management:

Monitor KPIs, conduct regular call coaching sessions, and optimize scripts to improve conversion rates from "Hello" to "Booked Demo."

Relationship Architecture:

Leverage your existing book of business and automotive network to open doors and accelerate the team’s success.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the executive team to align outbound efforts with overall digital marketing sales goals.

Qualifications

Leadership Experience:

Proven track record of managing an outbound sales team, ideally in a B2B or automotive setting.

Industry Expertise:

A deep understanding of the automotive dealership world is a must. You know how dealers think and what keeps them up at night.

The "Rolodex":

An existing book of business or a strong network within the automotive industry.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM management, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint for high-impact presentations).

Communication Mastery:

Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to teach others how to overcome objections with resilience and wit.

Operational Discipline:

Highly organized and comfortable managing a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
