Job Description Cohesity is hiring for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product and Solutions Marketing team. As a dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and shaping our go-to-market strategy. How You'll Spend Your Time Here
Work closely with product management, sales enablement, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer requirements and develop target personas responsible for business and technical decision making on cyber‑resilience projects.
Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning for our flagship cyber‑resilience products/solutions and campaigns.
Develop and implement a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy to raise Cohesity and product brand awareness and relevance in the competitive cyber‑resilience space while also working cross‑functionally to drive pipeline growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including collateral, videos, presentations, blogs, webinars, etc., to support demand‑generation campaigns and sales plays.
Define and drive a promotional activation strategy to elevate Cohesity above the competition in the cyber‑resilience space.
Represent the company and our solutions at speaking engagements, conferences, media events, and analyst briefings.
Collaborate with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop sales enablement collateral and support field communication.

10+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, and/or product management in cyber‑resilience / data‑security technologies, platforms, and management.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Excellent storytelling skills, demonstrated through exceptional written and spoken communications.
Ability to balance multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position B2B products/solutions to resonate with diverse target audiences.
A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership who excels in a dynamic software environment.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to work onsite at the Santa Clara headquarters 2–3 days per week.
Pay Range $180,000.00–$225,000.00
