What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing)
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English
Willingness and ability to travel upwards of 50%-60% throughout the assigned territory
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the assigned market and steel ropes is preferred
Strong customer service orientation and market analysis skills
Project management and negotiation skills
A competitive mindset and passion to win
Desire to grow and learn within a dynamic organization
