Key Responsibilities
Systems Mastery:
Master the fundamentals of professional face-to-face engagement to set the standard for your future organization.
Mentorship & Coaching:
Post-onboarding, you will take an active role in training new associates on sales psychology, B2B outreach, and closing systems.
Talent Development:
Drive the professional growth of your team through daily feedback loops, strategy sessions, and performance workshops.
Campaign Coordination:
Partner with executive leadership to ensure national brand initiatives are executed with precision and high standards.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor team-wide KPIs and provide real-time troubleshooting to ensure territory growth and consistency.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Associate’s Degree (minimum) or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Leadership Pedigree:
Proven experience in a leadership capacity—this includes Team Captains, Shift Leads, Club Presidents, or Military experience.
Career Trajectory:
A long-term interest in business management, organizational development, or corporate training.
The "Student Mentality":
A high degree of coachability. You must be willing to master the system personally before you are cleared to teach it.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to command a room and inspire a team toward a common goal.
