Location : El Segundo, CA (Onsite)
Salary : Up to $150,000 Base + Commission / OTE + Full Benefits
What You’ll Own
Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high‑impact sales team
Drive regional revenue growth and execute sales strategy
Maintain direct involvement with key accounts and complex deals
Identify new market opportunities within electrical distribution, contractors, OEMs, or industrial customers
Establish sales targets, forecasting, and performance tracking
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless customer delivery
Build scalable processes while maintaining agility in a lean environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong electrical background highly preferred (electrical components, distribution, industrial products, etc.)
Proven sales leadership experience managing a lean team
5–10+ years of progressive sales experience
Demonstrated success in B2B technical or industrial sales
Player‑coach mindset — willing to lead from the front
Comfortable working fully onsite in Torrance, CA
