What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage based on their circumstances
Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must currently possess an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in quoting and selling insurance products
Knowledge of market trends and regulations in the insurance industry
Previous customer service experience in a sales environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes
