What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers

Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances

Run reports to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history

Explain coverage and payment options to customers

Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Thorough understanding of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively to customers and employees

Experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
