Overview
Director of Transformation - Value Based Care
Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday; Business hours - may vary when needed.

Reporting to the SVP, Transformation the Director, Transformation is responsible for executing initiatives that drive the evolution of healthcare in America. The Director implements strategic initiatives at Duly, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution or value-based care and fee for service strategies. Director Transformation will collaborate across diverse teams driving performance in key areas throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Initiative Execution
Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals
Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams that enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
Achieve operational and financial objectives for Duly transformation initiatives
Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact
Change Management
Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation
Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Guide and support to teams as they navigate through change
Project and Program Management
Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the impact of transformation initiatives
Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics
Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.
Training and Development
Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives
Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows
Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
MBA or Master's degree highly preferred.
Experience
Must have 3-5 years of consulting experience.
3-5+ years of experience working within healthcare analytics and reporting required, preferably in value-based care.
Proven track record of delivering operational results in a matrixed environment
Proven experience in executing and implementing transformational initiative in a healthcare or value-based care setting
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others
Knowledge of value-based care principles, healthcare operations, regulatory requirements
Project management expertise and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $125,000-188,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
