Peachtree Group is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Associate Director to support and accelerate capital formation across the firm’s investment platform. This individual will play a critical role in driving fundraising initiatives, deepening investor relationships, and expanding Peachtree’s presence among family office and high-net-worth investors.
The ideal candidate is a capital-raising professional with strong investor networks, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to position alternative investment strategies effectively. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to execute capital strategies across private equity, credit, and real estate verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute capital formation strategies for Peachtree’s investment funds and structured products.
Develop and maintain relationships with family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Assist in investor prospecting efforts including outreach, pipeline management, and meeting coordination.
Participate in investor meetings and roadshows to represent the firm’s investment platform.
Maintain a disciplined approach to tracking fundraising progress and investor engagement in CRM systems.
Investor Communications & Marketing Support
Collaborate with senior leadership to articulate Peachtree’s investment thesis, performance metrics, and competitive advantages.
Support the creation and refinement of investor materials including pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and offering memoranda.
Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate data requests with internal teams.
Help ensure consistency in messaging across capital raising initiatives.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Identify opportunities to expand relationships, referrals and strategic partnerships.
Provide market intelligence on competitor fundraising activity and investor sentiment.
Contribute to long-term capital markets strategy and product positioning.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in capital markets, private equity fundraising, investment management, or institutional sales.
Demonstrated experience raising capital for alternative investment platforms.
Strong network within family office and high net worth communities preferred.
Deep understanding of private equity, credit, real estate, and structured investments.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, MBA) preferred.
