Position Summary The Assistant Commercial Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of office buildings. This role assists in ensuring properties are well maintained, financially sound, and operated in accordance with company standards while delivering excellent tenant service. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of assigned office properties.

Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and building repairs.

Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Support tenant relations by responding to inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.

Assist with lease administration, including tracking expirations, renewals, and documentation.

Help prepare operating budgets, expense reports, and monthly financial summaries.

Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Maintain organized property files, contracts, and compliance records.

Support capital improvement projects and vendor bid coordination.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local building requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

0–2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Professional demeanor with a customer‑service mindset.

Willingness to obtain relevant real estate or property management certifications if required.
