Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the inside sales function of the business with a focus on supporting Nylok’s Account Managers with expedites, delivery dates, order entry, and various other administrative duties. Develop a thorough understanding of Nylok’s products and processes. Work with Account Managers to coordinate expedites with the production team to meet customer needs. Determine estimated completion date of orders as requested by customers and report to Account Managers. Track sample request status and report to Account Managers. Enter orders into ERP system immediately upon receipt of parts. Create new part numbers as needed when new parts arrive. Follow the system of checks and balances to uncover and correct order entry errors before they negatively impact our business or that of our clients. Investigate internal sales issues including quantity errors, shortages, and shipping errors to resolve with Account Managers. Track lead time for all orders to ensure a timely turnaround. Plan and prioritize schedule to meet goals established annually by manager. Other duties as assigned by management. Pay Range
