What you'l do
Reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities in Dutch-speaking markets.
Present and promote services or products clearly and professionally in Dutch (and English as needed), tailoring offers to client needs and ensuring smooth followup and onboarding.
Manage and maintain relationships with clients: respond to inquiries, handle renewals or upgrades, and support clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams sales, support, operations to coordinate client onboarding, technical or service support, and ensure high levels of service delivery.
Track sales activities, leads, pipeline, and performance metrics use data to support decisionmaking and help improve outreach and conversion.
What were looking for
Native or fluent Dutch (C1+), with excellent written and spoken communication; good English to operate in our international environment.
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management or similar ideally in a B2B or multilingual context.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, confident communication and a customer oriented approach.
Self motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with a multicultural team.
Ability to manage deadlines, multiple leads/accounts, and maintain accurate documentation.
