Now Hiring: Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – San Diego, CA
Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our San Diego team.
What You’ll Do After paid training, you’ll manage a set customer route using a company vehicle. Your day includes:
Visiting customers face-to-face and professionally representing Auto-Chlor
Restocking chemical products and supplies
Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Working in back-of-house kitchen environments that require bending, lifting, and physical activity

What You’ll Get
Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000 ($24/hour + guaranteed overtime + on-call pay)
40–45 hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:30 PM)
On-call rotation every 10 weeks

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of general driving experience
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
Mechanical aptitude (training provided)
