
The field sales representative is expected to execute approved sales programs to achieve or exceed the budget of GC products. Maintain current and develop new customers while increasing sales in assigned territory. Maintain frequent contact with assigned accounts, Regional Sales Manager, and dealer partners to secure promotional support to meet/exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
Complete daily sales calls, one-on-one meetings with the dental staff, accurate reporting, and working with channel partners to meet sales targets
Develop and execute a territory activity plan to drive products as designated within existing and new accounts
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) on a daily basis to track call and sales activities
Identify territory sales gaps and develop strategies to grow opportunities
Complete all administrative duties as requested
Manage sales expenses responsibly and submit reports weekly
Complete all tasks and administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Eligibility to drive a company car is an essential function of the position offered
3+ years outside field sales experience
Dental materials or medical device sales preferred
Organizational Skills – Effective planning and prioritization
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Exceptional organizational, written (including e‑mail), and in‑person presentation skills
Critical thinking with the ability to adapt to customer needs while driving sales in strategic product lines
Travel/Special Remarks
Overnight Travel: Approximately 25%
Geographic Territory: Washington, D.C.
