
Field Sales Manager (Emissions Control)

Solstice Consulting Group is seeking a Sales Manager (Permian Basin/NM/Delaware Basin)
for an energy & emissions services equipment client based in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Role is REMOTE (must live in New Mexico) with up to 50% travel. Base salary of $125k - $150k DOE plus commission opportunity, company vehicle allowance and benefits. Up to 50% travel in the Delaware / Permian Basins as necessary (NM, TX) 7+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services. Candidate should have current established oil & gas industry connections The Field Sales Manager establishes sales relationships with existing and prospective customers through industry and product knowledge deploying a solutions-based approach. Also, achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling environmental control equipment for the oil & gas upstream and midstream sectors (flares, enclosed combustors, vapor recovery units, etc.). The successful candidate will have well-established industry connections in the Delaware and Permian Basins. Role & Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company’s products and services. Makes telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers at field locations. Research sources for developing prospective customers information to determine their potential. Self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action. Ability to execute corporate sales strategy at highest levels within current and prospective customers. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and the potential for new products and services. Supports organizational success with timely communication and coordination with other sales team members. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities and advertising and promotional trend through the reading or pertinent literature. Create and maintain a focus on company HSEQ. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree a plus and 7+ years of professional experience (field operations & sales) in the upstream / midstream / energy services sectors required 3+ years sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control and production equipment and services. Strong current field customer network in the Delaware and Permian Basins required Strong presentational, problem-solving, organizational and administrative skills Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
