Role Description The Associate Sales Territory Manager is a full‑time position based on‑site in Olathe, KS. The role involves managing sales activities within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations, and promoting quality surgical products. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying potential new clients, providing product education and demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries with a high level of service. The individual will play a key role in contributing to the company’s growth by delivering value‑driven solutions to clients.
Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills
Sales, account management, and territory management expertise
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
Proficiency in providing product presentations and educating clients
Self‑motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in medical or surgical sales is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is desirable
