FIELD SALES B2B - Mentor / Coach
SMB Market | Consultative Selling - Transactional Sales | Trelevate
This is an exciting opportunity to
train to be a field sales coach to our new B2B field sellers
into the SMB market while working with a
major 25 billion dollar national client . You’ll coach
hunter closers in the field , build early momentum, and help reps win—without nights, weekends, or door-to-door grind.
Leadership Role
Sell and coach
new-hire B2B field reps
in live selling environments
Develop the team around you - New Business Sales
Support once trained - ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
Reinforce
tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance
Who You Are
2+ years B2B field sales with coaching or training — in the field
Proven experience coaching
SMB hunter closers
Comfortable with
tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
High energy, confident, and leads by example
Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends
Compensation Overview
$80K–$110K OTE
(base + commission + training overrides)
