Sales Associate (Lead Generator)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to generate in-home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, and Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income. Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time, Plus Spiff for Sold Leads Fuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses Benefits: Full-time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions. This is NOT a selling, cold calling, or door-to-door position Job Duties Will Include Speaking to potential customers/homeowners Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors Maintaining a high level of professionalism & customer support Working independently, including weekends Training will be provided Job Requirements Professionalism in the warehouse Clean and professional appearance Must be a High School Graduate & have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week Friendly and approachable Able to speak clearly and professionally Strong ability to generate sales Seniority level
