Sales Associate (Lead Generator FT or PT)

Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in-home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time/ Plus Spiff for Sold Leads Fuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position.

Job duties will include:

• Speaking to potential customers/homeowners
• Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors
• Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support
• Work independently including weekends

Training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Professionalism in the warehouse
• Clean professional appearance
• Must be a high school graduate & have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County
• Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to speak clearly and professionally
• Strong ability to generate sales
