A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Reno. Your role is to talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates. No selling required inside the store — your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this can be a great opportunity to earn consistent hourly pay plus bonuses. What You\u2019ll Do

Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners. Represent the Brand:
Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco. Create Opportunities:
Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs. What We\u2019re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Reliable and professional Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours) No garage door experience needed — we provide full training. Pay & Compensation
$20 per hour base pay PLUS $20 bonus for every qualified lead generated Successful team members regularly generate multiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.
