Roles and Responsibilities This position is for a weekend Database Support position supporting 12 hours Friday/Saturday/Sunday and 4 hours on Monday.
As a Database Administrator, you will work in a team environment to provide database support including:
Support GTI and Line of Business (LOB) with major incidents, changes and customer requests.
Upgrades & Performance Monitoring
Replication Management
Diagnosing system problems
Disaster Recovery
Leading and participating in initiatives to improve service offerings
Creating and communicating service delivery procedures and run-books
Managing SLAs and deadlines
Providing timely resolutions to break/fix issues
Change management and escalations
