
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, managing a book of business and ensuring the seamless handling of renewals, endorsements, and account rounding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Bonus Program: Monthly bonuses based on retention and growth

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business, focusing on small business accounts with premiums ranging from $0 to $100,000 (primarily under $50,000).
Handle the renewal process from start to finish, including quoting and shopping for competitive rates.
Process endorsements and assist in rounding out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Utilize HawkSoft and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks and account management.
Collaborate with the commercial lines team to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an independent agency setting, with preference given to candidates with 5+ years of account management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and HawkSoft software.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, particularly generalist accounts and contractor policies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
