
Overview
A leading international law firm is seeking a highly qualified Capital Markets Associate to join its Dallas office. This role focuses on public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
Responsibilities
Lead and support public and private securities offerings (equity and debt).
Draft and review offering documents and transaction agreements.
Advise on Exchange Act reporting and disclosure obligations.
Counsel clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
4- 7 years of relevant capital markets experience at a comparable law firm.
Experience with public offerings, private placements, and ongoing securities reporting matters.
Admission to, and good standing with, the bar of the state in which the candidate intends to practice.
Stellar academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in person in the designated office location and comply with firm employment policies.
Salary Range:
$225,000 – $445,000
