We're Hiring - Business Development Rep
Recall Masters, the industry leader in automotive recall management solutions, is growing! We're seeking a driven Business Development Rep to join our team at our Laguna Hills, CA headquarters.
The Business Development Rep is a sales-focused role responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and opportunity discovery in support of our Dealer Sales team. This role is not customer service and not order taking. Success is measured by activity, pipeline contribution, and qualified opportunities created. The ideal candidate is motivated by clear targets, accountability, and results, and thrives in a structured sales environment.
What You'll Do
Make 40+ outbound calls daily to automotive dealers and dealer groups
Qualify decision-makers (GM, Fixed Ops, Marketing, Ownership)
Deliver a tight, confident value message in under 60 seconds
Handle objections without freezing or rambling
Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, voicemails, emails, LinkedIn)
Book qualified demos and hand off clean notes to sales
Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and outcomes
Hit daily activity goals and weekly demo targets-consistently
What We're Looking For
Phone Confidence - You are comfortable calling strangers all day and don't need "warm leads" to perform.
Relentless Follow-Up Discipline - You understand that deals are won in touches 5-12, not call #1
Coachability - You take feedback, adjust quickly, and don't defend bad habits.
Thick Skin - Rejection doesn't derail you. You move on to the next call.
Results Obsession - You care more about demos booked than "effort" or excuses.
