Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Associate to lead our global growth initiatives. This role involves driving partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the company’s international expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has a proven track record in sales or partnerships, and is passionate about building scalable solutions in the healthcare and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand MantraCare’s global presence.

Identify, prospect, and convert high-value clients, partners, and organizations.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from outreach and pitch presentations to negotiation and deal closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Represent the organization in webinars, meetings, conferences, and partnership events.

Track performance metrics, manage CRM data, and prepare business reports for leadership.

Mentor and guide junior team members (if applicable).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.

Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and globally distributed team.

Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health is highly preferred.
