A Day in the Life As an Account Manager, you’ll drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong clinical and commercial partnerships across your territory. You’ll represent a key portfolio in Interventional/Vascular and Dialysis Access, including PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters.
In this role, you will:
Achieve territory sales goals and grow market share across hospital and renal access centers
Build strong, consultative relationships with interventional radiologists, interventional nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and supply chain teams
Maintain a consistent, in‑person presence at priority accounts and travel within the assigned territory
Identify and close new business opportunities, convert competitive accounts, and expand existing customer relationships
Deliver effective product presentations, in‑services, and clinical demonstrations for PTA balloons, dialysis catheters, and acute catheters
Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely communication with regional leadership
Present product value, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing
Use data and territory insights to strategically target accounts and plan sales activities
Stay current on competitive products, market dynamics, reimbursement trends, and GPO activity
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, customer service, and internal partners to support customer needs
Attend required sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and national/regional events
Complete essential administrative responsibilities (call reports, expenses, market feedback, etc.)
Maintain required hospital credentials (vaccinations, TB tests, flu shots, etc.)
Must- Have Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B or healthcare sales experience
Nice to Have
Medical device sales experience, especially in OR, interventional radiology, vascular surgery or nephrology/dialysis access highly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and follow through
Customer focused, relationship driven, and comfortable influencing across clinical and administrative layers
Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods of time
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience converting competitive accounts
Understanding of hospital supply chain and distributor networks
Strong presentation skills and effective persuasion techniques

Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
Variable Compensation: Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan
On Target Earnings (OTE): $195,000–$215,000 with uncapped upside
