This is a full-cycle sales role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing new business while building long-term enterprise relationships within wealth management firms and single and multi-family offices. What You Will Do
Drive new revenue by identifying and qualifying prospects in the family office and wealth management market Own the full sales cycle from outreach through close Manage complex sales processes and engage executive-level decision makers Develop account expansion strategies within enterprise relationships Represent the firm at industry conferences and client meetings Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client onboarding What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Payroll Software (ADP, Paychex), Consulting Sales (GLG), or similar professional services environments Experience owning the full deal cycle (not just appointment setting) Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence
