Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience advising crypto and web3 companies. This role involves advising clients on venture capital financings (including token rights and warrants), crypto token and digital asset issuances, primary and secondary token sales, offshore structuring, and general corporate, compensation, and employment matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and markets, with experience supporting emerging growth and technology companies from early-stage startups to public companies. Familiarity with securities law and regulatory considerations related to digital assets is a plus. Superior academic credentials and excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $260,000–$390,000 per year, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
