Salary:
$150,000 – $250,000 + strong equity
Location:
New York – 5 days per week in office
Integral info:
3+ years of product design experience, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven products
Strong experience designing complex workflows and systems, not just surface-level UI
Experience designing where humans and AI interact within real workflows is highly valuable
Comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous startup environments
