Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Data Specialist to support large-scale store fixture initiatives, including seasonal floor updates and a major recreational department expansion across 600+ retail locations.

This role will support the coordination, ordering, tracking, and invoicing of store fixtures — including endcap displays, merchandise holding units, and plastic display setups — working closely with domestic and overseas third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery to stores nationwide.

Supporting fixture rollouts across approximately 600+ retail stores

Expansion of recreational departments

High-volume vendor coordination and order tracking environment

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate fixture orders from initiation through delivery

Track purchase orders and ensure fixtures are delivered to correct store locations

Communicate with third-party vendors (domestic and international) regarding order status and timelines

Monitor and manage invoicing processes (POS and invoice reconciliation)

Maintain accurate data tracking using Excel and internal systems

Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve store or vendor requests

Partner cross-functionally to support seasonal and project-based fixture rollouts

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle of each order

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in retail, fixtures, merchandising support, vendor coordination, or invoicing

Familiarity with retail fixture terminology (must understand fixture lingo)

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required)

Experience tracking orders, managing vendor communication, or handling invoicing

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ARIBA (SAP) or other invoicing systems

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms

Prior experience supporting fixture rollouts or store planning teams
