This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department.
Essential Duties
Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies.
Seek constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
Comply with and maintain the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Qualifications
High School diploma and preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands
Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
Required to use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
