Overview This is a career-track role for someone who wants to build a long-term future in financial services, insurance, and advanced planning. You’ll work directly with a senior consultant who supports elite financial advisors with life insurance, LTC, annuities, and business/estate planning strategies.

You’ll be trained in:

High-level client and case strategy

Event marketing and thought‑leadership promotion

Underwriting and product positioning

This is ideal for someone competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow into a senior BD, marketing, or consultant role.

What You’ll Do

Source and engage financial advisors and insurance professionals

Support live events, workshops, and private advisor meetings

Build long-term advisor relationships and manage follow-up

Help distribute and amplify educational content (LinkedIn, email, video, podcasts)

Learn advanced planning concepts: underwriting, IUL, LTC, business succession, estate strategies

Who This Is For

1–3 years in sales, marketing, finance, or client development

Former athletes, SDRs, junior advisors, or fintech sales are a strong fit

Highly organized, competitive, and comfortable with outreach

Interested in a long-term career in financial services

Compensation

Base: $50k–$70k

Incentives: Performance‑based upside

Growth: Clear path to senior BD / consultant role
