Job Description Sr. Associate or Specialist (will take one of each). Trade Compliance will assist the Corporate Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Program Sustainment team in the delivery of internal work products and records management related to Corporate Trade Compliance policies and training. This position will work collaboratively and provide broad support to the team.
Essential Functions / Job Duties
Travel as needed (domestic & international) up to 10% of the time. Local travel for in-person meetings at facilities. Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job. (Represents 80% of Duties). This individual will be part of the Program Sustainment Team. This support includes:
GTC procedure review and publication process – Development, review and maintenance of trade compliance GTC policies, procedures, and related communications
Project management including project and task tracking – for example, change management and other internal business processes
System and process improvement and task and process automation
SharePoint management – including calendar and overall SharePoint organization and maintenance
GTC Training activities
Support Learning and Training events (including summits, conferences, in-person, virtual, and hybrid training)
Drafting and testing training courses
Training records
Maintain repository
Coordinate with Segments
Coordinate with HR Talent Enablement
(Represents 20% of Duties). This individual will perform other duties and responsibilities, as required. These duties may include, but are not limited to:
Support projects for the Director, Program Sustainment, other GTC Corporate Directors, or the GTC Corporate Sr. Director
Support the Program Sustainment team in completion of tasks and actions, including those associated with the Consent Agreement
Qualifications IF - Level 2, Sr. Associate, Trade
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Practical knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations.
Awareness of OFAC, BATFE
IF - Level 3, Specialist, Trade
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Proficient knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Lists, and Outlook
