The Graduate Slate (CRM) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Graduate Admissions CRM, including Slate, and enrollment marketing and communications. This position serves as The Graduate School Slate administrator. The Graduate Slate Manager supports, monitors, and maintains data and functionality of Slate and The Graduate School recruitment and graduate enrollment goals. The Graduate Slate Manager is responsible for implementing enrollment marketing efforts to attract prospective graduate students, including managing communication flows, marketing campaigns, supporting the four colleges\' graduate programs marketing projects, creating content for use across print, email, digital ads, and social media, reporting, and application processing. Responsibilities

Management - 50%

— Responsible for the overall management of the Graduate Admissions CRM functionality to include applications, document management, inquiry and prospect data, communication support, event management, and system integrations. Configures and customizes the CRM platform to meet the specific needs and workflows of different graduate programs and users to include communications, forms, queries, reports, and workflows. Ensure that graduate student records are accurate and correct. Ensure data integrity and operational efficiencies through rules, automation, and auditing; maximize efficiency and accuracy of the CRM\'s capabilities. Test, troubleshoot, deploy and validate regular updates, and/or new functionality delivered by the CRM vendor. Develop and maintain data integration between the CRM platform and the student information system, as well as other institutional data integration platforms. Manage user access, roles, and permissions. Provide user support and facilitate training with staff and faculty across the graduate programs. Maintain documentation, including procedures, configuration, and architecture. Oversees the efficiency and effective processing of graduate admissions applications Marketing - 30%

— Advance the Graduate School strategic plan to increase graduate enrollment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and insight for the development and implementation of communication plans that align with brand messaging and objectives. Develop emails, text messaging, digital ads, and print materials that support the recruitment of graduate students. Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and website optimization to strengthen GCSU identity and visibility. Customer Service - 15%

— Provides customer service to administrators, staff, and faculty. Manages confidential communications and records in accordance with federal, state, and University policies. Supports the University mission and the department goals. Promotes effective communication and positive relationships with all members of the University community. Other - 5%

— Assist the Graduate Admissions office in application processing. Represent the department at various meetings. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

— Bachelor\'s Degree Required Experience

— 2 years related experience Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications

— Masters degree or equivalent years of experience. Preferred Experience

— Demonstrated evidence of work experience in a college admissions/enrollment office. Demonstrated experience managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Salary
